We are looking for a dynamic full time Receptionist to join our friendly administration team.

Candidate must:

  • Have a flexible working approach to meet the needs of the business. Shifts to include earlies, middle shifts, late shifts and weekends.
  • Have good telecommunications skills including answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate member of staff if needed.
  • Dealing with enquiries, and taking bookings from patients / Consultants and their secretaries.
  • Be able to assist in the development and progression of new and existing services in line with local procedures.
  • Be able to multi task a busy work load.
  • Be computer literate.
  • Welcome all visitors that enter the hospital in a friendly manner.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • To adhere to all governance and audit requirements.
  • Use internal company software to log the patient’s pathway.

Ward RN LEAD – Full time

We are looking for a dynamic full time Registered Nurse to lead, support and develop an ever growing inpatient ward at Baddow.

Candidate must:

  • Work within the Code of Conduct to ensure good standards of infection control, privacy and dignity, cleanliness and health and safety are adhered too.
  • Be responsible for the professional development of nursing staff.
  • Be able to supervise, teaching and develop qualified and unqualified staff.
  • Be responsible for ensuring robust data quality systems are in place to capture local activity, audits and reporting tools.
  • Be able to assist in the development and progression of new and existing services in line with local procedures.
  • Be able to multi task a busy work load.
  • Be computer literate.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including unsociable hours, weekends and participate in the on call roster.
  • To adhere to all governance and audit requirements.

Candidate must:

  • Be confident.
  • Experience in direct business to customer sales techniques.
  • Be familiar with the 6 Steps of Inspired Selling.
  • Have a flexible working approach, being available for earlies, middle shifts, late shifts and weekends.
  • Have good telecommunications skills including answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate member of staff, dealing with enquiries & bookings
  • Be able to assist in the development and progression of new and existing services in line with local procedures.
  • Be able to multi task a busy work load.
  • Be computer literate.
  • Have excellent communication skills.

  • Co-ordinate weekly advertising and promotional initiatives (planning, proof reading, agency liaison, printing, checking, signing and packaging)
  • Keep the marketing database up-to-date, importing new data, updating records and performing the necessary cross checks Prepare consultant profiles for pdf leaflet purposes and website
  • Prepare marketing statistics
  • Electronic and digital filing as required
  • Manage website(s) development, monitor and control Social Media, Website and Digital Campaigns
  • Events (Open Evenings, GP Meetings, Exhibitions etc.)
